The customer wanted a loud and clear sound with a good amount of low end definition. We installed Phoenix Gold Ti65CS (6.5″ Component Set) for the front stage. The low end is handled by a Phoenix Gold R110 (10″ Sub) all powered by a Power Bass ASA400.4x (400 Watt 4Ch. Amp). The sub is in a down firing box and trimmed out to give a seamless look. This is a one owner car that the original stereo had run its course. We started with a JVC KD-R730BT (CD w/ i-Pod/i-Phone Controls, USB, & Bluetooth).  Front and rear speakers are Phoenix Gold Ti series components and coaxials. The owner of this 2001 Civic wanted two things out of this install. First, they wanted to use the matching full-size spare. Second, they wanted to be loud and noticed.
